When you request an estimate, J.A Handyman Services collects the details you provide, including your name, phone number or email address, postcode, approximate location when you choose to share it, job details, product links and uploaded photographs.
Why it is used
This information is used only to assess your requested work, calculate an estimate, contact you about the enquiry and arrange or carry out the job. It is not used for unrelated marketing or sold to anyone.
Storage and access
Enquiry details and photographs are kept securely and are accessible only through the private owner area. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to deal with the enquiry, complete the work and meet business or legal record-keeping requirements.
Your choices
Sharing your live location is optional; you can use your postcode instead. Please avoid uploading photographs containing people, private documents or information that is not needed to assess the job.
